Felt right at home, nothing too much trouble.

I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel recently and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to the city center and very close to the train station. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and informative, and they even went out of their way to help me when they couldn't find my reservation. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed, such as an in-room safe, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offered a range of services, including room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive in keeping the food replenished.

We stayed at a hotel in the very downtown area, close to Sol Plaza. It was convenient for us as it was not far from Madrid's main attractions and near to a convenient store. The room was nice and had a good size, and the bathroom was comfortable. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including fresh juice. The hotel also had a shuttle service to the airport. We enjoyed the view from our room, which overlooked the city.

Stayed here for our first night in Spain and the location near Atocha train station was convenient. We took the yellow airport express bus to Atocha and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with nice linens and a cozy bed. The hotel provided instant coffee and tea, a nice touch. The hotel is also close to several museums, the metro, and restaurants.

Clean and modern rooms with thermostat control, large windows, and great air con. Daily room cleaning, with provided bath robes, large TV, kettle, iron. Outstanding reception service, offers luggage storage and printing services. Convenient location, close to train station and easy airport access. Will definitely return!

During my stay at the AC Hotel Carlton, I was impressed by their excellent location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The front desk staff were helpful, providing us with valuable information about local attractions and patiently communicating with us in English. They even held our luggage for a small fee before our trip to other parts of Spain.

The hotel is very near the railway station, making it convenient for transportation. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. the breakfast provided a variety of options.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was well designed and had lots of storage. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were nice. The shower was wonderful and the hot water was readily available. The hotel had a great location, being only a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to popular attractions like the museums and the botanical garden. The staff were also efficient and helpful.

There were a few negative aspects about the hotel. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe with some seedy streets nearby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to the train station and metro stations. This made it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom.
